Welcome to Straight Talk. We appreciate your enjoyment of our weekly commentary and we wish all of you a Happy Thanksgiving. Eat well, be healthy and enjoy family and friends. For me, it just feels like a good holiday season in spite of all that goes on in the world.
For our family our daughter comes home from Arizona where she is a junior at the University of Arizona. She will have just come back from a marketing and advertising convention in New York where companies are looking for talent. Taylor is an up and comer breaking down barriers and doors. She was recently offered a position with the advertising firm in which she is a paid intern after she finishes school, in another 2 years. Wow!
Jordan will be heading back to Boulder, Colorado to finish his last couple years in integrative physiology which will allow him to pursue personal training, physical therapy and other wholistic areas of personal health and nutrition. He loves sports, the outdoors and this is a good fit for him.
Shelley has been hard at work in a Chiropractors office in Encinitas and doing medical billing on the side. She will be looking forward to a nice break.
For myself, I am looking forward to some relaxation, reading, creating, expanding and deepening the games we run in our experiential learning workshops where participants learn lessons through doing and being involved. I am assisting in bringing a mentorship program for business owners through the Center for Wealth and Legacy.
Legacy Legal had a great year and extends a heartfelt thank you to all who support us in our work, our workshops and in life. It’s a great ride and we look forward to continuing our work out in the world.
Happy Thanksgiving
